Ingredients:
1. Ripe mango ---- 1 big size
2. Sago small ---- 1/4 cup
3. condensed milk ---- 1 cup
or
High fat milk
4. Sugar if needed ---- 2 to 3 tablespoons
Preparation Method
1. Wash & soak sago for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Then boil the sago in water till it cooks soft.
3. Then again wash the cooked sago to avoid the excess starch and stickiness.
4. Then peel the skin of the mango and cut into pieces.
5. Keep 1/2 cup of chopped mango pieces separately for garnishing.
6. Now using the blender blend condensed milk , mango pieces and sugar to a smooth paste.
7. Take a bowl and add the blended paste and cooked sago , mix it well.
8. Finally garnish it with finely chopped mango pieces. Then refrigerate it.
