American Chopsey

                                        If   your   child   turns   his   nose   up   at   your   breakfast,   Its   time   to  add   some   new   hits   to   your   repertoire.

Ingredients:

1.    Noodles                                                            ---- 100 grams

2.    Salad  oil  (  or )   any oil   refined                                ---- for deep  frying

3.    Carrots                                                            ---- 100 grams  (  shredded )

4.    Cabbage                                                         ---- 100 grams  ( shredded )

5.    French   beans                                                ---- 50 grams

6.    Peas                                                               ---- 50 grams

7.    Spring  onion                                                 ---- 2 nos

8.    Green  chillies                                               ---- 2 nos

9.    Ginger                                                          ---- 2 teaspoons  ( shredded )  optional

Ingredients   for   the   sauce

1.      Salt                                                            ---- 1/2 teaspoon

2.     Black  pepper  powder                               ---- 1/2 teaspoon

3.     Vinegar                                                      ---- 2 teaspoons

4.     Soya   sauce                                              ---- 2 teaspoons

5.     Corn flour                                                ---- 1 teaspoon

6.     Sugar                                                      ---- 1 teaspoon

7.     Water                                                    ---- 2 cups

8.     Tomato   sauce                                     ---- 1 cup


Preparation  Method

1.    Boil   the   noodles   with   salt   and   water   till   tender .

2.    Then   remove   from   fire   and   wash   it   in   cold   water.

3.    Then   drain   the   water   and   add   1 tablespoon   of   oil   to   it ,   so   that   noodles   do not   stick   to   each  other.     Then   keep   it   aside.

4.     Now   boil   carrot ,   cabbage ,   beans ,   peas ,   little   salt   and   water,    (  half   cook   this   vegetables )

5.    Then   heat   a  pan   add   salad   oil   to   it   and   lightly   fry   the   spring  onion,   then   add   boiled   vegetables   and   stir   well.

6.    Mix   all   the   sauce   ingredients   and   simmer   for  5  minutes.

7.     Now   heat   a  pan   with   oil   and   fry   the   boiled   noodles.


Then  put off   the   flame   and   add   the   vegetables   over   the   noodles.     Serve   immediately.
