Vegetable Oats Porridge

                                                         Oats   is   one   of   the   break fast   specialty    that   helps   to   keep    you     filled     for   a   longer   period   of   time ,   a   favorite   for   weight   watchers   as   well   as   diabetics .    Oats   porridge   is   a   commonly   made   break fast   item ,    So   quit    offer   I    use   to   do   this   porridge   along   with   the   break fast .    Even     from   kids   to   aged   people   every one   may   like   this   porridge .

Ingredients;

1.     Carrots                                                       ---- 1 nos
2.     Beans                                                         ---- 6 nos
3.    Oats                                                            ---- 8 tablespoons
4.    Low  fat  milk                                              ---- 1 cup
5.    Green  peas                                                ---- 2 tablespoons
6.    Greens  (  any  variety )                              ---- 1 full hand
7.    Salt   to  taste
8.   Spouted   green   grams                              ---- 1 full hand

Preparation  Method

1.    Take   a   micro wave   dish   add   chopped   carrots ,   chopped  beans ,   green peas ,   chopped  greens ,    chopped   green  chillies ,   spouted   green  grams ,   little   salt   to   taste ,   water  2  cups   and   close   the   lid   of   the   bowl   and   put   it   in   microwave   high   for   5  mintues .

2.    Then   wash   the   oats   and   add   this   to   the   boiled   vegetables   and   again   microwave   it   in   high   for   another   2  mintues .

3.    Then   finally   add   1  cup   of   milk   and   serve   it .
