Make a healthy sand wich for break fast using wheat bread , stuff it with lots of vegetables.
Ingredients:
1. Wheat Bread ---- 8 slices
2. Boiled potato ---- 1 nos
3. Cucumber ---- 1 small size
4. Tomato ---- 1 no
5. Butter ---- 2 teaspoons
6. Paneer ---- 50 grams
7. Chat masala powder ---- 1 teaspoon
8. Pudina chutney ---- 2 teaspoons
Preparation Method
1. Cut potato , paneer , cucumber , and tomato into thin slices .
2. Spread the butter in one side of the bread , arrange potato slice , tomato slices , cucumber slice , paneer slice and sprinkle chat masala powder .
3. Cover with other bread slice
4. If you wish ,, have it as such ( or ) grill it , ( or ) toast it .
