Ingredients :
1. Green peas ---- 1 cup
2. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos
3. Cashew nuts ---- 5 nos
4. Big onion ---- 1 nos
5. Garam masala powder ---- 1 pinch
6. Oil ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. Curry leaves few
8. Chopped coriander leaves to garnish
9. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
10. Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1. Cut onions & tomatoes , take your mixer jar and then add onions , tomatoes and cashewnuts and grind as a smooth fine paste .
2. Now heat a kadai add 1/4 teaspoon of oil to it , then add garam masala powder , then green peas and stir this for next 2 mintues.
3. Then add red chilli powder , salt to taste and grinded onion paste and add 1 cup of water to it and allow to boil for next 15 mintues in very low flame .
4. When the peas boils soft then put off the flame , and transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves .
Serve this gravy for rotties & puries
