Ingredients:
1. potato ---- 1 medium size
2. brinjal ---- 6 nos
3. roasted peanuts ---- 1/4 cup
4. green chillies ---- 4 nos curshed
5. garlic ---- 4nos curshed
6. chilli powder ---- 1teaspoon
7. jeera powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. salt to taste
9. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
10. coriander leaves ---- few
11. coriander powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
12. besan flour ----3 table spoons
Preparation Method
1. Mix together crushed peanuts , garlic , chilli powder, jeera powder, salt to taste , and coriander leaves , oil for stuffing.
2. Cleave brinjal and stuff the above mix.
3. Cut potato into cubes.
4. After stuffing use the remaining mix.
5. Make gravy along with besan flour , coriander powder , salt , dilute with water.
6. Cook the gravy along with potato and stuffed brinjal in a cooker in medium flame for 10 mintues.
7. Serve with poori , chapathi , roti
- This dish was prepared by my daughter. She was intrested to prepare dinner yesterday so i was just helping her. Finnally it turned out to be a tasty gravy. We have already made this gravy lot of time for poori but yesterday tried it for besan roti. .
