Besan Roti

Ingredients:
1.      Besan flour ( kadalai mavu)             ---- 1 cup
2.      Wheat flour                                    ---- 1 cup
3.      Curd                                              ---- 1/4 cup
4.     Red Chilli  powder                          ---- 1 teaspoon
5.     Jeera powder                                  ---- 1 teaspoon
6.    Green chillies grinded                        ---- 2 nos
7.    Garlic  grinded                                 ---- 3 nos
8.    Salt  to  taste
9.    oil                                                   ----4 teaspoons
Preparation Method
1.     Mix  all  the   above     ingredients    except   oil      in   a   large   bowl.
2.   Add    required    amount     of    warm   water   to   make  a   dough.
3.    Keep     the    dough    as   such   for   2 hours.
4.    Make    into   small   balls    and    roll    into    chapathis.
5.    Cook    chapathis    in    dosa pan   or  by   using   tandoor grill ,   Spread    ghee   on    top    of    chapathi   and  serve.

6.     Can    be   served     with    curd    raita     or    gravy.
