Ingredients
- Baby potato ----1 /2 kg
- Jeera ----1 teaspoon
- Curd ----1 cup
- Tomato ---- 2
- Garam Masala ---- 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ghee ---- 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cream ---- 1 tsp
- Onion -1
- Kashmiri chilli -6
- Ginger -1 inch piece
- Garlic - 5 pods
preparation method
- Grind all the ingredient under the list to grind
- Boil the baby potato and peel.
- Fry the potatoes with ghee till golden brown
- In another pan add 1tsp oil fry jeera add the grinded Masala fry till the raw smell goes.
- Add chopped tomatoes to it and salt to taste fry till the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the curd and mix it well to the masala keep the lid closed for 2min.
- Now add the fried baby potatoes let it boil in the gravy for 5 more min.
- Now top the gravy with 1tsp fresh cream / butter ( optional)
Serve this for any pulav , Naan, Roti's or chappathies of your choice
