1. green mirchi / green chilly ---- 6 nos ( thick variety )
2. potatoes ---- 4 nos ( boiled and mashed )
3. coriander leaves ---- 2 tablespoons ( finely chopped )
4. salt to taste
5. ginger paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6. mango powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. oil ---- 2 tablespoons
8. cheese ---- 2 tablespoons
9. small onions ---- 2 tablespoons finely chopped
preparation method
1. peel and mash the boiled potatoes and then add salt , mango powder , ginger , chopped onions ,coriander leaves , finely grated cheese and mix all the ingredients. stuffing for mirchi is ready.
2. Now wash and slit the green chilly from the top in the center so that it remains joined from the bottom. like wise cut all the chillies.
3. Take one mirchi and stuff the filling into it with help of the spoon. press it gently. like wise prepare all chillies.
4. Take oil in a pan and place it on flame for heating. now place the stuffed mirchi gently in the pan. cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes. open the lid and flip the chillies cover again and cook for 1 more minute. chillies have
potato stuffed mirchi is ready . serve with chappati , dal or Rice
