Ingredients
1. Besan flour ---- 2 tablespoons
2. Tomato ---- 1 chop
3. Red chilli powder ---- 1/4 teablespoon
4. Big onion ---- 1 chop
5. green chillies ---- 2 chop
6. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. Asofotida powder ---- a pinch
8. curry leaves few
9. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
10. mustard ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. jeera ---- 1/2 teaspoon
12. urad dhal ---- 1 teaspoon
13. salt to taste
preparation method
1. mix the besan flour with enough water and make it as a dosa batter and keep it aside.
2. Heat a kadai and add oil then add mustard , jeera , urad dhal , asafotida powder , then add chopped onions & green chillies and curry leaves and fry till the onion turn transperant.
3. Then add chopped tomato and red chilli powder , turmeric powder and salt . fry till the tomatoes mashed well.
4. Then add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
5. Then add the besan flour batter and stir well till it become slightly thicker.
Remove it and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve this to dosa , Idly , poori or chapatties
