This is a very simple fry with less ingredients which taste a lot. It is a village style of fry.
Ingredients;
1. wild mushrooms ---- 5 to 6 nos
2. Big onions ---- 3 nos ( finely chopped )
3. Black pepper powder ---- 1 teaspoon
4. salt to taste
5. oil ---- 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method
1. Wash & clean the mushrooms and cut into pieces.
2. Now heat a pan with a spoon of oil and add the chopped onions and saute for a minute.
3. Then add the mushrooms, salt to taste and pepper powder and slow down the flame and close the pan with a lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Then open the lid and saute till the curry is dry. Then put-off the flame.
Serve this very hot for Rice.
