Ingredients :
1. Maida flour / all purpose flour ---- 2 cups
2. powdered sugar ---- 1/2 cup
3. milk ----1/4 cup
4. ghee ---- 3 tablespoons
5. oil ---- for deep frying
Preparation Method
1. Take a bowl and mix powdered sugar , ghee and milk and blend it well together , till sugar powder dissolves in it .
2. Then gradually add maida flour and mix it well like a chapatti dough.
3. Then shape the dough as small size balls.
4. Now roll it out for 1/4 inch thickness and cut into small diamonds.
5. Now heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
6. When smoke comes out from the oil , then simmer the flame and deep fry the diamond cuts till it turns light golden brown or till it is crispy.
now transfer it to a air tight container, you can keep this crispy for nearly 20 days. surly all the kids will like this diamond cuts.
