Ingredients;
1Roasted ground nuts ( peanuts) ---- 1 cup
2.Dry Red chillies ---- 3 nos
3.Curry leaves ---- little
4.Salt to taste
5.Boiled rice ---- 3 cups
{ ground nuts , red chillies , curry leaves have to dry roast in a pan , then make as dry granuals by using your mixer jar. This you can transfer to a bottle and save it for even one month..}
To Garnish;
1.Oil or ghee ---- 1 table spoon
2. Mustard ---- few
3.Urad dhal ---- few
4.Channa dhal ---- few
5.Asofotida ---- 1 pinch
Preparation method
1.Heat a pan and add oil to it , then add mustard , urad dhal , channa dhal, asofotida , then add your groundnuts granual powder to it. , and salt .
2.Finnally add 3 cups of boil rice to it and stir for just one mintue.
3.Now your groundnut rice is ready.
