Ingrdients;
1. paneer ---- 200 grams
2. Big onion ---- 3 nos ( finely chop)
3. tomatoes ---- 1 nos ( finely chop )
4. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
5. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. salt to taste
7. Amjoor powder ---- a pinch
8. coriander leaves ---- 1 hand full
9. bread slice ---- 4 nos
10. maida flour ---- 1 tablespoon
11. Bread crumbs ---- 4 tablespoons
12. oil
preparation method
1. grate the paneer and keep it aside. ( grind bread slice in a mixer with out adding water.)
2. Heat a kadai and add a teaspoon of oil and then add garam masala powder , then add the chopped big onions and fry till golden brown in colour.
3. Then add the chopped tomatoes , salt to taste , red chilli powder , amjoor powder and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Then add the grated paneer and then add the bread slice powder and stir for 3 to 4 minutes. then put off the flame.
5. Now take this paneer mixture and shape them to desire shape.
6. In a bowl add maida and water and make a paste.
7. Dip these paneer patties into maida paste and finally dip in bread crumbs ( make sure it is coated well)
8. Heat a pan and pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil and place the paneer patties on it and roast both the side until they turn brown colour.
Now serve hot with ketchup / hot sauce
