Coriander Chicken

Ingredients :
1.    cashewnuts                                               ---- 10 nos

2.    chicken                                                     ---- 1/2 kg

3.    coriander leaves                                        ---- 1 bunch

4.     curd                                                         ---- 1 cup

5.     oil                                                            ---- 3 tablespoons

6.    ginger & garlic paste                                 ---- 2 teaspoons

7.     green chillies                                            ---- 6 nos

8.     turmeric powder                                      ---- 1 pinch

9.     salt to taste

Preparation  Method

1.     Grind    green chillies ,   coriander leaves ,   cashew nuts ,  ginger & garlic paste     to  a  fine  paste.

2.     Now   add   along    with  the  grinded  paste ,    turmeric powder ,   salt to taste ,   curd  and  marinate   the  chicken   pieces   in  this   for   1  to 2 hours.

3.     Then    heat  a  kadai   add  3 tablespoons   of  oil  to  it   and     then   add  marinated   chicken    and  cook    in  very  slow  flame   till   the  chicken   cooks  very   soft.
