It is one of the famous north Indian sweets. My daughter was repeatingly asking me for this besan Ladoo to pack for her North Indian friends, But this ladoo is new for me and I have never made it ever before. then I collected some recipes and I started doing it. My first trail became good and it took only short time to prepare and more over not much risk in doing this Ladoo's. So whenever we need a sweet in urgent then it's very simple to prepare this Besan Ladoo. Enjoy !
Ingredients :
1. Besan flour ( kadalai mavu ) ---- 1 cup
2. Sugar powder ---- 1 cup
3. cardamon powder ---- 1 pinch
4. ghee ---- 1/4 cup
5. sliced Almonds & pista ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. In a kadai heat ghee and bring it to boil , then reduce the flame and mix the besan flour till it changes its colour.
2. Once the besan change its colour then add sugar powder , cardamon powder and mix them well. Then immediatly put-off the flame and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
3. Then make small Ladoo's then dip the corner of the Ladoo's in ghee and dip it in almond bits to garnish Ladoo,s
Now Ladoo's are ready to serve.
