Ingredients:
1. Noongu mashed ---- 1 cup
2. Jaggery ---- 1 cup
3. Maida flour ---- 1 cup
4. Rice flour ---- 1/2 cup
5. Ghee
6. Cashew ---- 6 nos
preparation method
1. Mash the noongu and mix it with jaggery , maida flour , raw rice flour and roasted cashew nuts and mix it as watery using 1 or 2 cups of water.
2. Now heat your dosa pan pour it as uttappam using little ghee to it.
This noongu dosa will become our kids favorite dish.
