Ingredients:
1. Rice ---- 3 cups
2. Chopped topiacco ----2 cups
3. Red chillies ---- 4 nos
4. Ani seeds ---- 1 teaspoon
5. Chopped curry leaves few
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil
Preparation Method
1. Soak rice for about 2 to 3 hours.
2. Wash the rice then add red chillies, chopped topiacco, ani seed, salt to taste and grind them to smooth paste. Mix them to dosa batter consistency. Then add chopped curry leaves to the batter.
3. Now heat a dosa pan and make crispy topiacco dosa using little oil to it and serve hot.
Serve this with Raddish chutney, aniseed chutney, or coconut chutney. Later i will post you chutney varieties.
