Ingredients:
1. Chicken ---- 1/2 kg
2. Egg ---- 2 nos
3. Curd ---- 1/2 cup
4. Corn flour ---- 2 teaspoons
5. Red chilli powder ---- 2 teaspoons
6. Red colour powder ---- 1 pinch
7. Ginger & garlic paste ---- 2 teaspoons
8. Green chillies ---- 2 nos
9. Garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. Salt to taste
11. Lemon juice ---- 1 tablespoon
12. Jeerapowder ---- 1 teaspoon
13. Pepper powder ---- 1 teaspoon
14. Oil
15. Curry leaves ---- few
16. Coriander leaves ---- few
Preparation Method
1. Separate egg white , along with it add red colour powder , ginger & garlic paste , corn flour , lemon juice , red chilli powder , salt to taste , and small pieces of chicken, and keep this aside for 1 hour.
2. In a separate bowl mix curd, jeera powder , pepper powder , and garam masala powder .
3. Heat a kadai and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces , Let the chicken be in light golden brown colour.
4. Heat a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil to it , then add curry leaves , green chillies , then mixed curd mixer , finally add the fried chicken pieces .
5. Wait till the chicken pieces absorb the gravy .
