Vegetables in yoghurt ( For kids )

Ingredients :
1.     Carrot                                         ---- 1 nos
2.     Cucumber                                  ---- 1 nos small
3.     Boiled  potato                            ---- 1 nos
4.     Curd      ( or )  sweeten
        flavored  low  fat  yoghurt           ---- 1 cup

Preparation  Method
1.     Cut   carrots ,   cucumber     and    potato  in  different    shapes.
 2.     Take   a   bowl   of  flavoured   low  fat  yoghurt   or   curd       and   dip   the   vegetable   pieces  . This   serves   excellent   finger  foods  for  kids.
