sweet vermicelli Balls









Ingredients

1)Roasted fine vermicelli                   ___    2 cups
2)Sweet condensed milk                    ___    1 Tin
3)Ghee                                                ___    3  to 4 Tablespoons

Preparation  Method             

1)Heat  a  pan  with  3 to 4  tablespoons of  ghee.
2)Add  2 cups of   roasted  vermicelli  and  roast  it  for  6 to 7 minutes in very low flame.

3)Then add sweetened condensed milk  and  mix well.
4)Once it's evenly mixed  then put off  the flame.
5)Then take a small  deep  spoon  and  keep  the  cooked  vermicelli  as  mini  scoops  in  a  tray, As shown  in the  below  picture  . 
It will look like small balls .  let  it  dry  for 2 to 3 hours.  Then  transfer  to  a  airtight container.

we can serve this for a week of time.
If  you  refrigerate  it in a air tight  container  can use till a month .
