Ratha poriyal




Ingredients
1) Goat ( Blood)                               -----1 cup
2) small onions                                 ----- 1 cup ( chopped)
3) Green chillies                               ---- 4 nos( chopped)
4) grated coconut                              ---- 1/2 cup
5) salt to taste
6) oil                                                 ---2 teaspoons
7) salt to taste
8) mustard , split urad dhal & curry leaves  for tempering

Preparation Method
 1) Heat a pan  and add oil. Then add few mustard , urad dhal & curry leaves.

2) Then add chopped onions , chillies  and saute for 2 minutes, then add the blood and saute for 2 minutes .

3) Then add very little salt to taste and saute for 6 minutes ,Then finally add  grated coconut  and saute for 2 more minutes .

4) Now put off the flame and transfer  to a vessel.

Serve  this hot  with  dosa or Rice .
