crispy okra / crispy Bindhi fry



Ingredients

1     Chilli  powder                           ----    1 tablespoon
2     Coriander powder                    ----1 tablespoon
3     Cumin powder                         ---- 1/2 tablespoon
4     Salt to  taste
5     Okra / Bindi                             ---- 1/4kg
6     Chick pea flour / kadalamavu    ---- 1/4cup
7     Oil  for  deep fry

Preparation  method

1          Take  okra   and  remove    the  seeds   and  cut   them   julienne.

2         Take  a  bowl  and  add   okra  julienne ,  salt,  vinegar  , Ajwain ,  cumin powder  , coriander powder , chilli  powder  and  mix  it  well  and  then  add  chick  pea  flour  &   mix  this   well.

3        Now  heat   a  pan   with  oil   and   drop   the  marinated   okra   in  hot  oil   and   deep  fry  them.

            Now   serve   this  crispy   okra   fry.
