Ingredients
1. cooked Rice ---- 2 cups
2. garlic chopped ---- 6 tablespoons
3. fresh Brazil leaves / Thulasi leaves ---- 20 nos
4. salt to taste
5. Turmeric powder ---- 1 pinch
6. oil or ghee ---- 1 tablespoon
7. freshly grounded pepper ---- 1 tablespoon
Preparation method
1. Heat a kadai with a tablespoon of oil and fry chopped garlic and brazil leaves , then add salt to taste , turmeric powder & pepper powder.
2. Then add the cooked rice and fry it for 2 more minutes.
serve it hot.
