Ingredients:
1. Fresh methi leaves ---- 2 cups
2. chicken pieces ---- 250 grams
3. green chillies ---- 5 nos
4. jeera powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. coriander powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
8. Big onions ---- 2 nos
9. salt to taste
10. oil ---- 2 teaspoons
11. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
12. lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Heat a pressure cooker and add washed chicken pieces, salt to taste , ginger & garlic paste , turmeric powder , coriander powder , red chilli powder and add 1/4 cup of water to it and pressure cook it for 2 whistle.
2. Then heat a pan with 2 teaspoons of oil to it and fry the methi leaves till it roast crispy. ( while frying methi leaves add a pinch of salt to it. )
3. When the methi leaves is crispy then add jeera powder , whole green chillies & chopped onions and fry till it becomes light golden brown.
4. Then add boiled chicken pieces to it and fry this in low flame. While frying add little lemon juice. When the chicken is dry then put- off the flame.
