INGREDIENTS
1. sweet potatoes ---- 1/2 kg
2. noodles ---- 100 grams
3. palak ---- 1 cup
4. mint leaves ---- 1/4 cup
5. coriander leaves ---- few
6. garlic ---- 10 cloves
7. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
8. amchur powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. green chillies ---- 3 nos
10. pepper powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
11. oil
12. salt to taste
13. big onion ---- 1 nos ( chop it )
14. rice flour ---- 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION METHOD
1. Boil and peel the skin of the sweet potatoes and mash it well with a wooden spoon and keep it aside.
2. Boil the noodles and drain the water and then shallow fry the noodles and keep it aside.
3. Now grind green chillies , palak, ginger , amchoor powder , garam masala powder & onion to a fine paste adding little water.
4. Now heat a pan and saute the grinded ingredients till the raw flavour vanish and then put off the flame.
5. Now take a bowl and mix mashed sweet potatoes , grinded ingredients , shallow fried noodles , pepper powder , salt to taste and mix well.
6. Now take this mixture and shape them to desire shape.
7. Now take this patties and rub it in the rice flour.
8. Now heat a non stick tawa and place these patties on it and little oil & roast both the side until they turn crispy.
Now serve this with sweet tomato chutney & green chutney.
