Ingredients;
1. chicken ---- 1/2 kg
2. Big onion ---- 1 ( finely chop )
3. Tomato ---- 3 ( puree )
4. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1 tablespoon
5. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. butter ---- 2 tablespoons
7. red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
8. salt to taste
9. milk ---- 1/2 cup ( low fat milk )
preparation method
1. Heat butter in a kadai, add ginger & garlic paste , onions and salt and cook till golden brown.
2. Then add red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
3. Then add tomato puree and cook till oil separates from it.
4. Then add chicken pieces and pour some water to it.
5. cover this and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes untill all flavour gets together.
6. Now add milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. finally garnish with coriander leaves.
serve with Rice or Roti
