Ingredients
1. Roasted peanuts ---- 1 hand
2. sesame seeds ---- 1 tablespoon
3. chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5. grated coconut ---- 2 tablespoons
6. salt to taste
7. mirchy ( long green chilli ) ---- 2 nos
8. capcium ---- 1/2 nos
9. tamarind ---- 1 small bit
10. oil ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. mustard seeds ---- few
preparation method
1. Dry roast peanuts & sesame seeds till you get a nice aroma . Then add grated coconut and fry for a while . ( Then cool it and grind to a smooth paste adding little water and keep it aside )
2. Then heat a pan with oil and add mustard seeds , then add the slit green chillies & cubed capcicum.
3. Then add tamarind water , turmeric powder , chilli powder and salt to taste.
4. Then add the grinded ingredients and add 1 cup of water and bring this to boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. when the gravy is thick enough then put-off the flame.
Serve this for any pulav's , fried Rice , Briyani or even with Roti's & Naan.
