Ingredients
1. vermicelli ---- 200 grams
2. finely chopped mixed vegetables ---- 200 grams
3. green peas ---- 4 tablespoons
4. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5. Big onion ---- 2 nos sliced
6. grated coconut ---- 3 tablespoons
7. garlic ---- 6 nos sliced
8. Turmeric powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
9. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
10. oil ---- 2 tablespoons
11. salt to taste
12. green chillies ---- 6 nos sliced
13. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
14. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos chopped
Preparation method
1. Heat a pan add oil to it , then add garam masala powder , chopped onions , chopped green chillies , garlic & ginger paste , curry leaves , mint leaves , green peas , chopped tomatoes , mixed chopped vegetables and stir this for about 2 minutes.
2. Now add broken vermicelli to it and stir for 1 minutes.
3. Now add 2 cups of water , red chilli powder , salt to taste , grated coconuts , chopped coriander leaves and close the pan with a lid and put it in very low flame till the vermicelli cook. Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee to it and put off the flame.
Serve this with coconut chutney or with Raitha
