on cold days warm up the kids with porridge or cereal with warm milk.
Ingredients
1. carrot ---- 1 no
2. Beans ---- 6 nos
3. moongdhal ---- 2 tablespoons
4. Red rice ---- 1/2 cup
5. green chillies ---- 3 nos
6. chopped coriander leaves ---- few
7. chopped mint leaves ---- few
8. green peas ---- 2 tablespoons
9. nai beans ---- 6 nos
10. low fat milk ---- 1 cup
11. salt to taste
preparation method
1. Wash red rice and drain the water , then using your mixer jar grind it as big granuals and keep it aside.
2. Then chop carrot , beans & nai beans.
3. Heat a pressure cooker , then add chopped vegetables , washed moong dhal , red rice granuals, whole green chillies , chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves , green peas , salt to taste, and add 3 cups of water to it and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
4. After removing this from fire , then add cold milk to it.
Now serve this in big mug along with a fruit salad.
