Ingredients
1. soya granules ---- 1 cup
2. tomatoes ---- 2 nos ( chopped)
3. big onions ---- 2 nos
4. garlic ---- 10 pods ( chopped)
5. salt to taste
6. garam masala powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. coriander leaves
9. grated coconut ---- 1 tablespoon
10. oil ---- 1 tablespoon
preparation method
1. soak the soy granules in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes , then wash and squeeze the excess water from it and cut them into small cubes.
2. now heat a saucepan and add a tablespoon of oil and add the garam masala powder , then add chopped onions & garlic and fry it till light golden brown colour.
3. Then add the chopped tomatoes , salt to taste and red chilli powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
4. Then add the chopped soya pieces and stir this for 5 minutes.
5. Finally add the grated coconuts and chopped coriander leaves and then remove from heat.
Serve this with Rice
