Ingredients;
1. chicken ---- 1/4 kg
2. Big onion ---- 1 no
3. Tomato ---- 1 no ( chop )
4. grated coconut ---- 5 tablespoons
5. jeera ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. poppy seeds ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. green chillies ---- 3 nos ( chop )
9. salt to taste
10. pepper powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. cinnamon ---- 1/2inch
12. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
preparation method
1. clean & wash the chicken pieces.
2. Grind , jeera , ginger & garlic paste , poppy seeds to a fine paste.
3. Then grind the coconut in a mixer grinder adding little water and make 2 extract of coconut milk and keep it aside.
4. Now heat a thick bottomed saucepan and add 1 teasp[oon of oil to it and add cinnamon bite and then add onions and fry till light brown color.
5. Then add chicken pieces , grinded masala , pepper powder , salt to taste , chopped green chillies , chopped tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
6. Then add the 2 extraction of coconut milk and cook in very lowflame till the chicken is tender and gravy is thick and oil comes out.
7. Then add the first extraction of coconut milk and bring to boil and cook in slow flame for 5 minutes.
Now serve this hot with Rice or any variety Rice or Biriyani
