Ingredients :
1. Raw Rice flour ---- 2 cups
2. sugar ---- 1/2 cup
3. baking soda ( or ) cooking soda ---- 2 pinch
4. Thick coconut milk ---- 1/2 cup
5. oil for deep frying
Preparation Method
1. Add sugar to the coconut milk and mix well.
2. Take a bowl add rice flour , baking soda and mix well , then add the coconut milk little by little and knead it to a soft dough , the dough must be thick just like chappati flour.
3. Then make small pebble size balls out of it and flatten the ball using a plastic sheet which is coated by oil , and then roll the flattened flour and keep this in plates
4. Now heat oil in a kadai and when smoke starts to come out of the oil then slow down the flame to medium and deep fry the rolled flour till it is crispy.
Now store this in air tight container and you can use it for a month of time. This crispy and semi sweetned madakku paniaram will attract our children.
