Palak Paneer

Ingredients:

1.    spinach                                                     ---- 1 bunch

2.    Big onion                                                  ---- 1 no ( chopped )

3.    green chillies                                              ---- 5 nos

4.    paneer                                                      ---- 100 grams

5.    Tomato                                                     ---- 1 nos ( chopped )

6.    salt  to  taste

7.    milk                                                          ---- 5 to 6 tablespoons

8.    garam masala powder                              ---- 1 pinch

9.     oil                                                           ---- 1 teaspoon

10.   butter                                                      ---- 1/2 teaspoon

11. turmeric powder                                        ---- 1 pinch


Preparation  Method

1.     Immerse    the  paneer  pieces    in  hot  water    until  you  use  it.

2.     Clean   and  wash  the  spinach ,   Then   boil   the  spinach  with  green  chillies  and  cool  it.
3.     Then    add    salt  to  the  spinach  and  grind  it.

4.     Now   heat  a  pan  with   oil   and  add  garam masala,   chopped onion,    chop tomato    and  fry   till  the  tomato  cook.

5.      Then   add  grinded  spinach  to  it   and  add  the  paneer  pieces   without   water.
6.      Then   add  milk  to  it   and  mix  carefully    and  bring   to  boil.

7.     When   the  palak   is  thick  enough  then  put-off  the  flame    and  transfer  it  to  a  bowl   and  garnish   it  with  1/2 teaspoon  of  butter.
Now  serve  this  for  Naan ,  Roti ,   chapatti , kulcha  or even  with rice .
