Ingredients :
1. Madia flour ( all purpose flour ) ---- 1 cup
2. Baking soda ---- 1/4 teaspoon
3. salt to taste
4. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
5. curd ---- 1/4 cup
6. ghee ( or ) butter ---- 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method
1. Take a bowl & mix maida, salt & baking powder.
2. Then add 1 teaspoon of oil to it and mix even.
3. Then add curd to the flour mixture and mix to make crumble dough. Add water as needed and mix to smooth dough.
4. Knead the dough & keep it aside for 1 hour.
5. Then make it as balls and roll each ball with the rolling pin into a thin Roti.
6. Heat the Tandoori oven and toast the rotis.
7. Finally after roasting the Roti brush it with the butter.
Serve this hot with any gravy.
