Ingredients :
1. goat brain ---- 1 nos
2. pepper powder ---- 1 1/2 teaspoon
3. salt to taste
4. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add the brain, then sprinkle little pepper powder and salt and cook in very low flame. ( do not stir for a minute )
2. Then slightly turn the brain and sprinkle little pepper powder and salt and cook in very low flame for 1 or 2 minute.
3. Then slightly cut the brain into three to four pieces with a spoon and sprinkle little pepper powder and cook in very low flame for 1 minute and then put-off the flame.
Serve this soft brain fry while it is hot.
