Egg gravy with sprouts

Ingredients :

1.       Egg                                                ---- 4 nos ( boiled )

2.       Big onions                                      ---- 3 nos ( chopped )

3.      Tomatoes                                        ---- 3 nos ( chopped )

4.      cashew nuts                                    ---- 5 nos

5.      grated coconut                                ---- 4 tablespoons

6.      Aniseeds                                          ---- 1 teaspoon

7.      ginger paste                                      ---- 1/2 teaspoon

8.     salt to taste

9.      Red chilli powder                             ---- 1 1/2 teaspoon

10.    coriander powder                            ---- 1/2 teaspoon

11.     turmeric powder                             ---- 1/4 teaspoon

12.      green gram sprouts                       ---- 1 teacup

13.      garam masala powder                   ---- 1/4 teaspoon

14.      oil                                                   ---- 1/2 teaspoon

15.     curry leaves  & coriander leaves        ---- few

Preparation Method

1.      Grind      grated   coconut ,     aniseeds   & cashew nuts   to a   smooth paste.

2.       Heat     a  pan with 1/2 teaspoon  of  oil  to  it , then  add  garam masala powder , curry leaves ,
           chopped onions , & tomatoes    and  fry   it  for  1 to 2 mintue.

3.       Then   add   ginger  paste ,  green gram sprouts ,   chilli powder ,  coriander powder ,  turmeric powder ,         salt to taste    and  1 cup  of  water   and   allow    this   to   boil    for   5 minutes.

4.       Then     add     grinded   coconut   paste      and     boiled    egg     and  1  more  cup  of   water 
          and  allow   this   to  boil ,   when  the  gravy  is  thick   enough     then    put-off     the    flame.


Serve    this  spourted   egg  gravy     for   plain  white Rice ,    chappaties  ,  Roti's ,
kulcha ,   naan  ,     Iddly  ,    dosa  and  so on ................
