Ingredients
1. Rice flour ---- 3 cups
2. sago ---- 1 cup
3. curd ---- 1/2 cup
4. salt to taste
5. green chillies ---- 6 nos
6. mustard & urad dhal ---- 1 teaspoon
7. curry leaves , coriander leaves ---- few
8. oil
preparation method
1. wash the sago in water and soak it in the curd for 2 hours. Then grind it smooth.
2. Take a bowl and add rice flour , grinded sago batter , salt to taste, chopped green chillies , chopped curry leaves & coriander leaves , then mix with little water like rava dosa batter .
3. Heat a pan and add 1/4 teaspoon of oil and add mustard , urad dhal ,when it starts splutter then add this to the batter.
4. Now heat a non stick tava and pour this dosa.
serve this with any chutney.
Tips
* you can also add chopped onions to this batter.
* If you pour this dosa for the next day it comes out very crispy.
