Ingredients
1. milk ---- 1 litre
2. sugar ---- 1/2 cup
3. bread crumbs ---- 2 cups
4. marie biscuts ---- 10 nos
5. hard chocolate ---- 5 nos ( crumbs )
6. vanilla essance ---- 1 to 2 drops
7. lemon yellow colour ---- 1 pinch
8. Raisins ---- 10 nos
9. plain geletin ---- 2 tablespoons
preparation method
1. Boil the milk over medium heat till it reduce to 1/4 of its volume.
2. Then add the sugar , bread crumbs , lemon yellow colour and stir well.
3. Mean while soak the gelatin in hot water and stir it well and add this gelatin mixture to the boiling milk and stir gently and slow down the flame.
4. stir it till you need the required thickness then finally add one or two drops of vanilla essance and put off the flame.
5. Then grease of glass bowl and add marie biscuts powder and pour little pudding mixtute then add another layer of marie biscuts powder and add little pudding mixture, then add another layer of marie mixer powder and sprinkle the raisins and hard chocolate crumbs on the top.
6. now put it in the refrigeration for 3 to 4 hours.
7. Then slice this into cubes and serve chill.
