Bread Grilled Cheese Toast

                                                          Even   if  your   child   isn"t    big   on    break fast   foods ,   that's   no   excuse   for   her   to   skip   breakfast .    Encourage   your   child   to   eat   anything    nutritious   for   break fast .  Try   them   recipes   like  grilled   toast.

Ingredients:

1.     Onion                                             ---- 1 nos
2.     Tomato                                          ---- 1 nos ( finely  chopped)
3.     Grated  cheese                              ---- 1 cup  ( low  fat  cheese )
4.     Salt  a  pinch
5.     Green  chillies                               ---- 3 nos ( finely  chopped )
6.     Coriander  leaves   few ( chopped )
7.     Wheat bread                                 ---- 6 slices

Preparation  Method

1.      Butter    the   bread   slices   on   one side ,    Mix   all   the   above  said   ingredients   and   spread   them   on   the   plain  side   of   the   slice   and   cover   it   with   second   slice ,   buttered    side   out .   Now   grill   them     (  or )    toast  them   using  your   bread toaster .
