Jowar Pakoda ( soolam Pakoda)

Now a days  jowar flour ( soolam mavu)  is  available  in  all  departmental stores  ,   I   use  to  get  and  store  this flour in  my  kitchen , using  this  flour  i  use  to make  lot  of  recipes. Here  i  have  post  one of  the  recipe which i did  yesterday  for my  son-in-law.
Ingredients:
1.     jowar flour                                           ---- 1cup
2.    raw rice flour                                        ---- 1/2 cups
3.    roasted channadhal flour                       ---- 3 to 4 teaspoons ( pottukadalai mavu)
4.   red chilli powder                                   ---- 1 teaspoon
5.  big onions chopped                               ---- 1/4 cup
6.  salt to taste
7.  chopped curry leaves                             ---- few
8.  chopped coriander leaves                      ---- few
9.  peanuts                                                ---- 3 to 4 tablespoons ( groundnuts)
10.  finely chopped green chillies               ---- 3 nos
11.any  type of greens chopped                ---- 1/4cup(optional)
Preparation Method
1.    Mix   jowar flour, raw rice flour ,  roasted channa dhal flour , salt to taste ,  red chillies ,  chopped onions,  green chillies ,  curry leaves , coriander leaves , any greens , and peanuts   and  then add  1 tablespoon of  very hot oil.
2.    Add  water  to  make  a  soft  dough.
3.    Heat   oil   in  a  kadai ,  drop  small balls   of  dough.  Fry   till  they   turn  golden brown   and  crispy.
By  storing  this  pakoda in  air tight  container  it remains crispy for 2 to 3 days.
