paneer cutlet


Ingredients

1.   paneer                                                          ---- 250 grams
2.  potato                                                           ---- 1 no
3.  Bread slice                                                   ---- 6 nos
4.  big onion                                                      ---- 1 no
5.  Turmeric powder                                          ---- a pinch
6.  salt to taste
7.  ginger & garlic paste                                    ---- 1 teaspoon
8.  Red chilli powder                                        ---- 1 teaspoon
9.  pepper powder                                           ---- 1/2 teaspoon
10. cumin powder                                           ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. coriander powder                                     ---- 1 teaspoon
12. Bread crumbs                                          ---- 1 cup
13. Roasted peanuts                                      ---- 1 teaspoon
14. maida flour                                              ---- 2 teaspoons
15. oil  for  deep  frying

preparation  method

1.  crumble  the  paneer  and  keep  it  aside.    Then  dip  the  bread  in  water  and  immediatly  remove  them  and  squeeze  it  nicely  and  keep  it  ready.

2.  Boil  and  mash  the  potatoes.

3.  chop  the  onions  and  mix  the  paneer  ,  mashed  potatoes  ,  wet  bread ,  ginger &  garlic  paste  and  other  masalas  and  mix  well.

4.   Take  the  bread  crumbs  in   the  mixture  to  a  fine  powder  .

5.   mix  the  peanuts  powder  and  the  bread  crumbs  and  keep  it   ready  for  coating  the  paneer.    Also  take  the  maida  flour  in  a  bowl  and  mix  water  to  make  it  to  a  paste.

6.   Now  make  lemon  size  cutlet  mix  and  shape  it  and  dip  it  in  maida  flour ,  coat  with  bread  crumbs  &  deep  fry
