citrus glazed carrots

Ingredients

1.   orange  juice / or pineapple juice           ---- 1 cup
2.   carrots                                                 ---- 2 medium  size
3.   salt   a  pinch
4.   black pepper  powder                          ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5.  butter                                                    ---- 1 teaspoon
6.  parsley / coriander  leaves  few

preparation  method

1.   cut   carrots  into  1/4 inch  thick  round   slices  and  put  them  into  a  non stick  pan.   Add pineapple  juice  or  orange  juice  and  cook them.

2.   Then  add  salt  to  taste ,  pepper  powder  and  cook  for  5 minutes .  Then  add  the  butter  and  mix  well.

3.   finally  add   chopped  coriander  leaves  or  parsley.   mix  well  and  serve.
orange  juice  enhances  the  taste  of  carrots.
