Ingredients:
1. fresh green peas ---- 1 cup
2. potatoes ---- 3 nos
3. Big onion ---- 1 nos ( chopped )
4. Tomatoes ---- 1 nos ( chopped )
5. Red chilli powder ---- 1 1/2 teaspoon
6. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. cashew nuts ---- 4 nos
8. grated coconut ---- 2 tablespoons
9. Badam nut ---- 3 nos
10. Butter ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. curry leaves & coriander leaves ---- few
Preparation Method
1. Grind cashew nuts , badam & grated coconut to a smooth paste
2. Now heat a kadai add 1/2 teaspoon butter , then add garam masala powder , then add curry leaves , chopped onion and fry for a minute.
3. Then add chopped tomatoes , green peas , chopped potatoes and fry for 1 to 2 minute.
4. Then add red chilli powder , salt to taste and add 1 cup of water and close the kadai with a lid and cook till the potato & pea boils soft ( approximately it take 5 to 6 minutes in medium flame. )
5. Then add the grinded coconut paste and add 1 more cup of water and allow to boil till the gravy becomes thick. Then put- off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Now serve this potato , green peas gravy with Rotti's , Naan , Paratas , Poori , chappaties or with fried Rice , ghee rice , jeera pulav or with dosa.
