Ingredients :
1. Macaroni ( any shape ) ---- 1 cup
2. garlic ---- 2 cloves ( finely minced )
3. spinach ---- 1 cup ( chopped )
4. grated cheese ( or ) panner ---- 2 tablespoon
5. Butter ---- 1 tablespoon
6. maida flour ---- 1/2 tablespoon
7. low fat milk ---- 3/4 cup
8. freshly ground pepper ---- to taste
9. salt to taste
10. dry herbs ---- for flavour
Preparation Method
1. Cook the macaroni adding little salt then wash & drain the water completely.
2. Sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil and keep it aside.
3. Heat a pan add butter , then add garlic and saute for a minute, then add maida and saute for 1 minute. Then add spinach and saute for a minute.
4. Then slowly add the milk and keep strring continuously till it forms a creamy consistency.
5. Then add grated cheese , pepper & salt to taste , dry herbs powder and mix well.
6. Then add boiled macaroni and mix well and then put-off the flame.
* now serve this warm.
