Ingredients :
1. Multi grains wheat flour ---- 3 teacup
2. Mint ( pudina leaves ) ---- 1 teacup
3. green chillies ---- 5 nos
4. salt to taste
5. oil
Preparation Method
1. Grind green chillies , pudina leaves and salt to taste and grind it to a smooth paste.
2. Now take a bowl add wheat flour , grinded paste and mix it to a smooth dough.
3. Keep the dough as such for 1/2 hour.
4. Then make into small balls and roll into chapathis.
5. Now heat a dosa-pan and toast the chapathis , spread little oil to it.
Serve this with any kind of Raitha's or with coconut chutney.
