It taste yummy , I love this simple recipe. Within 10 minutes I use to prepare this for Break fast.
Ingredients :
1. Macaroni ( any shape ) ---- 100 grams
2. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos ( chopped )
3. Big onion ---- 2 nos ( chopped )
4. green chillies ---- 2 nos ( chopped )
5. Red chilli powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. grated panner ---- 100 grams
7. coriander leaves ---- few
8. salt to taste
9. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Cook macaroni in a large pot of salted water as per package instructions. cook until tender , Rinse in cold water & set aside.
2. Heat a heavy bottomed pan with a teaspoon of oil and add chopped onions and saute for a minute, then add tomatoes , green chillies & red chilli powder and saute for 2 minute.
3. Then add the cooked macaroni and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Do not saute vigorously as the macaroni's will tend to break.
4. Add salt as per taste and add grated paneer and saute for 1 minute.
5. Then transfer it into a bowl & garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note
* You can add even scramble egg in the place of paneer.
* You could also garnish macaroni with Basil- fresh / Dried for a different flavour.
