Ingredients:
1. chicken ---- 1/2 kg
2. small onions crushed ---- 1 cup
3. garlic crushed ---- 5 nos
4. chopped tomatoes ---- 3 nos
5. thick coconut milk ---- 1 cup
6. turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. chilli powder ----2 teaspoon
8. coriander powder ---- 1 teaspoon
9. salt to taste
10. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
11. garam masala powder ----1/4 teaspoon
12. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Heat a pressure cooker add 1 teaspoon of oil to it, then add garam masala powder , crushed onions , crushed garlic, then chopped tomatoes , then chilli powder , then coriander powder, salt to taste , ginger & garlic paste, and stir this for about 10 mintues in very low flame, then add 4 cups of water and 1 cup of coconut milk and close the lid and pressure cook this for 2 whistle.
2. When the steam release from the cooker then open the lid and transfer to a bowl.
This thick chicken gravy you can have with white rice or dosa.
