Fruit Flip

                                                  While   you  are  struggling  with   even   your   morning   try  right   new   recipes   like   this.   An   added   bonus   you   can   easily   add   these   ingredients   into  a  blender   along   with   some   fresh   fruit   to  create   some   amazing   and   healthy   break fast   drinks.

Ingredients:

1.    Strawberry  fruit  chopped                                  ---- 2 tablespoons

2.   Banana  fruit  chopped                                        ---- 2 tablespoons

3.   Mango  fruit  chopped                                         ---- 2 tablespoons

4.   Vanilla  ice cream                                               ---- 1 tablespoon

5.   Chilled  milk                                                       ---- 1/2 teacup

6.    Sugar                                                               ---- 1 tablespoon ( optional )

7.    Ice  cubes                                                        ---- 4 crushed

Preparation  Method

1.    Put   all   the   ingredients   in  blender   and   mix  well.

2.    Now   serve   this   in  big   fancy  glasses
